Website setup is paid 50% upfront to start the build and the remaining 50% at launch.

Yes, up to a point. Every monthly plan includes up to 1,000 text messages and 500 call minutes per month; any usage above that is billed at cost. AI usage for the AI Assistant is included in its monthly price. Ad spend (for example Google or Facebook ads) is not included and is paid by you.

It is a 24/7 chat assistant trained on your website and business information that answers common questions, collects the visitor’s name and number, and books appointments on your calendar. It hands the conversation to you when a person is needed, and it includes missed-call text-back, so callers you can’t pick up get a text within seconds.

The phone receptionist answers your after-hours and overflow calls 24/7 in English or Spanish, says up front that it’s an automated assistant, books appointments, takes messages, transfers the caller to a person when needed, and texts you a summary of every call. It includes about 500 call minutes per month, with any overage billed at cost, and has a 3-month minimum.
